I have been working for aramark at southampton airport for 2 and half years. And have had minor problems pretty much nothing untill we have a new manager start and from day one he was rude and always wud have stuff to complain about with me no one else but me. He wud never speak to me if he had any issuses about anything had either done wrong or had forgotten to do. I mean I'm not perfect but he is a horrible extremely rude man and on days he isn't here days go perfect when he is here days go horrible and. I get in trouble all the time for as petty stuff like not saying hello to him when I just didn't hear him I was in another world of my own. I really want to have him gone what can I do??
