I would like to complain about the level of very poor service in the london road branch of k f c in glasgow .on three different occasions i have waited for over twenty minutes to be served the girl gave us the wrong order on the first occasion on the second visit at five thirty at night they ran out of chicken and last night wednesday after standing in a very small qeue for twenty minutes the boy came and removed all the chicken for the drive in and told us there would be no more chicken for forty minutes i thoght this was an absolute disgrace and i was working with a small boy with autism he got very upset i know im not forced to use this reataraunt but i feel the staff desperately need training and as the branch of k f c is located right beside a motorway they have a lot to learn about keeping the reataraunt in plentifull supply
