I ordered the "30 day free trial" of the acai berry from the viv3 labs website. the cost was £2.95 for shipping. within days they took a payment of £76.38. i did not authorise this, i called the company and was told that in order to cancel and get a refund i am to wait for an email so i can submit my details. i am still waiting. i have called again and was told that they do not have anybody to speak to and that "it doesnt work like that" i have to wait for that email. you can not cancel your agreement via email you have to call and talk to them??? make sense to you! i have been in touch with my bank and they will return any future payments requested by viv3labs. i have yet to get a refund for the amount above and ive yet to speak to anybody within the viv3labs establishment. This scam is operating all over the world and i can imagine that many young women have been utterly deceived by them. if you read the terms and conditions it explains that money will be taken out after your free trial is over and that the acai berry tablets will be sent out (they took my money 9 days later), of course if id of read the terms and conditions id of known better, who reads terms and conditions these days on a free trial!!! very clever ploy. fraud is what it is. THEY NEED TO BE STOPPED ASAP
