I have been playing wink bingo for a while now and have enjoyed it untill now when on the 26th november i deposited 70 pound and won 200 pound which was good and straight away i withdrew this so it would be processed into my bank, on the 27th this money was reversed back into my bingo account and 140 pound was deposited out of my bank account, i found this out on the 28th because the last time i was on the site was the 26th when i had won the money. i spoke to the live help chat to a lady called megan she basically said that it was me because it was done on my account, and that on the 27th the same games were played that i normally play and that no one can access my account other than me. when i was arguing my point that it wasnt me she told me that my account would be closed and the security team would contact me, i asked what would happen about my money i was then told that a decision would be made by the security team. so at the moment im down by 340 pound and my bingo account has now been closed. has this happened to anyone else and what do i do next?
