On 31 June I won the jackpot of a Bingo Hollywood bingo game, called 'Red Carpet', along with 3 others, which should have given me a quarter share of £1000. The prize clearly stated £1000 in the bingo lobby, and the ticket price was 50p each. I spent around £14 on tickets. My winnings were never paid to me. I have written to Bingo Hollywood to date twice, asking them to investigate the matter, but they have not replied. I looked in my games history and the game I played is not there. I was not imagining it! I clearly saw the winning number come up, the 'win' tag, and then my username came up in the winner's box with 3 others. I was really thrilled. But the money never came.
