BANKING PAYMENT PROBLEMS

I AM SO PISSED OFF WITH THIS BANK AND IT'S ATTITUDE. I HAVE WAITED SINCE JANUARY TO HAVE MY ONLINE BANKING SET UP BY THEM AND IT IS STILL NOT DONE.

ALSO, WHEN I MAKE PAYMENTS BY CARD IT IS TAKING THEM SEVERAL WEEKS TO DEBIT THE MONEY, SOMETIMES LEAVING ME OVERDRAWN AND SURPRISE SURPRISE, I AM BEING CHARGED FOR IT!!! I WAS TOLD IT WAS MY PROBLEM AND I SHOULD EXPECT THAT SORT OF PROBLEM AND I SHOULD KEEP ON TOP OF MY MONEY. ANOTHER MEMBER OF STAFF TOLD ME SHE STOPPED USING HER BANK CARD WITH BARCLAY'S FOR EXACTLY THE SAME REASON - SO THEY KNOW THERE IS A PROBLEM.

I HAVE ALSO HAD RANDOM DEBITS FOR 12P TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT THEN THEY DISAPPEAR FROM THE SCREENS A FEW DAYS LATER. THIS HAS BEEN CONFIRMED BY MY BANK MANAGER WHO IS JUST AS BAFFLED.
