In April instead of the ususal £12.99 deducted from my account they took £129.99 causing me to go overdrawn and loads of bank charges, I called up and they said they would refund me and also cover the bank charges and also give me a month free, I still have not received any of the things they promised and still they debited £12.99 for June instead of giving me my free month. I have now been trying to call them for 3 days with no joy.
