Continues charges

For several months i have been getting a charge from two different companys, i keep cancelling but the payments keep on being taken and do not even know what the payments are for i have even been in touch with my bank and they dont want to know as they have said they cant do anything about it, the companys are hh payments which changed to payfirm.net.please can you help or advise.
