Creditscorematters
Unauthorised payment

£19.95 was taken out my account by Creditscorematters and the first time I had ever heard of them was when I read my bank account statement - I sent an email asking how they had accessed my account as I had no knowledge of this company, had certainly not joined and had no use for them, and had certainly not used their service, they did reply but it went into the JUNK folder (which said it all I think) and I did not see it. On ringing the company the customer service rep repeated several times that she was happy to cancel my mystery agreement but that they were unable to reimburse the money as it was covered in the terms and conditions. As I had never entered into any such agreement I would not have read any such terms and conditions, after asking to speak to her manager who was you guessed it in a meeting, I then said that as far as I was concerned it was internet fraud and I would be getting in touch with my bank and Trading Standards - the managers meeting suddenly ended and her manager then told my customer rep in a matter of seconds that I was to get my money back as a gesture of good will but that it will take up to 10 days for it to come back to my account - I will be checking my account daily!!!
