Payments taken without permission

I am Gurbakhsh. L .Gagneja resident of Wembley and an elderly pensioner of 77 years old. On yesterday (14/05) I discovered that

my Barclays Bank account has been debted for £23.95, the payment was made on 10/05 to Card Purchase- Quick creditscore C-Ref 128 1864160900 BCC.On enquiry from my bank I was told that a company named QuickCreditScore based in Edgware- London has been debiting my account every month, since the start of last year, for £19.95 and recently for £23.95, which I never knew or was told by the company in writing or through e-mail.

I had not bscome member or got registered with this company. I do not know about the company and never needed a credit reference/report. I do not have a credit card even. There has never been any direct debit or standing order set up in my account for this amount in the name of this company. In such a case how can they have and are taking money out of my account without me knowing about it.

I am furious to what I have discovered and have already suffered a big loss of around £300 so far and this action of the company seems illegal and reflects cheating

. I am requesting the Complaints Board to investigate the matter and get me the refund of the total amount.

I have sent an e-mail today to the company to explain.
