Be careful when you are dealing with Rus Baureek and his companion Mark Stanley. Rus Baureek is a financial advisor and calls himself a part qualified Lawyer! His business card says he has a company called DEVELOPMENT FINANCE and he is a private funding specialists and wealth management introducer and also a private funding consultant. He claims to have an office in Canary Wharf, London. None of this is true.
How he operates: He targets estate agents to introduce clients to him for mortgages and commercial finance for commission. First of all he steals their IDs and as clients will provide him all the necessary information to secure finance. His companions Mark Peter Philip Stanley Date of Birth 11th June 1959 and L Sadler will become the persons with stolen IDs. They will obtain all the necessary ID cards, passports etc and will contact the clients saying they are metal dealers and short of money by 10, 000. F you pay them 10, 000 they will double the money and return it within one week. Obviously you will never see them again.
Mark Stanley claims to have an address in Belgium, and runs an offshore company called CM Holdings Incorporated (Bahamas based).
The police are powerless to do anything as they do not leave their proper addresses and their real information. Please see a photograph attached, you may recognize them. Please do not let them have any of your personal details.
