This company presents itself as a legitimate investment fund. They first have an outsider contact you and states he/she is interested in investing and to please contact Investment manager Thomas Kane.
They request a business plan after submittal I received an e-mail stating they would approve my funding agreement and sent me an equity investment.
The contract referred me to a Barrister Johnathan Terry at a law firm that will work with me on my contract. First of all their domain registration is false it has the incorrect owners name and invalid address in the United States. The administrator on their website is nicho_nicholas. This domain was registered at MELBOURNE IT, LTD. D/B/A INTERNET NAMES WORLDWIDE.
We could not confirm their address or their phone number. After this investigation we decided not to proceed with them. I would be very skeptical about this company.
