Wir haben den Teilhaber- und Finanzierungs-
vertrag über €25 Mio. EUR und vom 26. Oktober 2011
mit der C.N.O. Project Development & Finance Limited,
wegen Nichterfüllung des Vertages seit dem
03. Januar 2012 gekündigt.
Seit April bestätigte die C.N.O Ltd. auf ihrer
Internetseite www.cno-equity.co.uk den Vollzug
des Vertages, welches aber nicht der Wahrheit
entsprach.
Der CEO der C.N.O. Ltd., Herr Thomas M. Fuhrmann,
konnte keinen glaubhaften Nachweis über das
vorhandene Kapital führen.

but did not correspond to the truth.
The CEO of C.N.O. Ltd. Mr Thomas M. Fuhrmann
couldnt provide the proof of his funds.
