Still taking money for produces i do not recieve which were cancelled back in july

I phoned and cancelled products elitepack and ezykit in july due to that fact i was pregnant. and returned all products i recieved. which was done over the phone. i was told you would not be taking any more money from my credit card but since then u have still been taking. elitepack 8663962729, 1.86 and ezykit 866437162, 4.42 from my credit card... i would like all money refunded to my account asap and no futher moneys to be taken from my account in the future
