After booking flights with Ryanair was offered £5 discount off my next flights and had to go to shoppersdiscount.co.uk to claim this discount. Never followed up the claim for the £5 discount. There has been a £10 deduction from my credit card on 05/03/10 without my authorisation so they must have got my credit card details from the Ryanair web site.
