Taking 19.95 from my account

I checked my on-line banking statement and i came across a payment of 19.95 taken from my account.. ive never heard of this comoant and i know they associate with quck credit score i have never signrd up with them let alone give them my bank details how will i go about gettin it back otherwise will take matters in2 my own hands, ... it's a disgrace these company's can do this!!!
