REFUND OF FEE

I have paid the lons fee £69.00p which was refundable.i did not have loan. I asked them for refund of £69.i am phoning them from two months.every time when i phone yhey says i will recive a cheque at the end of the week. still i did not recieve my refund.last time i spoke to MR. HARRISON on 16th of April between the time off 12.00 and 13oo. they put me hold for 30 mintues. I still did not recieve my cheqoe. I hope tou will look at my complaints.
