My friends son phoned Yes loans, and during the conversation was asked for his bank details, and at no time was informed that he would incur an administration fee of 49.50.
The following day an application form arrived, which stated there would be a fee for there services, and that a signature was required to authorize Yes loans to take the money from the bank. On realizing there would be a fee he decided against going ahead with filling in the application form.
Four days later a letter arrived from Yes loans congratulating my friends son on being a successful applicant and his signed agreement and administration fee had been received. It is a complete lie that the form was signed as he still has it, subsequently the bank informed him the fee of 49.50 had been taken from his account putting him overdrawn, which means he will incur a bank charge.
I hope this complaint will stop this happening to anyone else.
