Yes loans gauranteed to give me a loan to get a car in return for £69.50, we were approved for a loan and told to go to an address in twickenham to finalise our application which we did however when we got to wembley we were told we had to go through yet another credit check which we did but we were unsuccessful. we were told by yes loans that we would only be charged if our application was successful, as it was not we did not think that they would take the money out of our account, however they did and we are now unable to talk to anyone from yes loans when we call the telephone number that we have for them after 30mins on hold at 10ppm per call we are told to call another number and so on. we have tried numerous times to get through to them but with no luck at all! we feel like we have been conned and robbed and can not do nothing about it.
we have wasted petrol and our phone bill trying to sort this out and we now feel helpless.
