I have a complaint pending with Money worries for a refund for £350.00. I have left various messages for Hannah to call me back and she isn't returning my call. At the same time as my complaint to money worries I reported them to the financial Ombudsman. Money worries have until 2nd December to reply to my complaint otherwise the ombudsman will take it further on my behalf. Does anyone have another number for MW as I am alsways in a queue when I ring 0845 3442255.
