I also fell for this scam, I have written to watchdog and am contacting my bank tomorrow to close my account and open a new one as i feel at this time it is the only way to stop further payments coming out of my account. I called the listed number to cancel any further items well within the 14 days and was assured that this was all done. I then heard nothing from them for a month. I recently came home from holiday and found a parcel from HealthScience with a further colon cleanse. I immedietly contacted the company (15.10.09) to discuss and was told that the acai berry had been cancelled nut not the colon cleanse. I have since had £232.02 removed from my account from companies in Ireland, Singapore and usa. I then recieved another parcel yesterday dated 20.10.09, unbelievable sent out 5 days after my second discussion. I am now writing to the fraud department at midlothian police as well as trading standards. I hope we all get some where with this. HOWEVER, UNBELIEVABLY THERE IS AN ADVERT LINK FOR THIS EXACT PRODUCT AND SCAM AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS COMPLAINTS PAGE. INTERNET SITES SHOULD HOLD SOME BLAME FOR NOT CHECKING OUT WHO THEY ALLOW TO ADVERTISE.
