Credit card payment

In February a deduction of £55.63 was taken from my credit card. My bank's enquiries have not been responded to and I have no recall of transactions with a firm of this name. It seems they can keep quiet and keep my cash - my complaint is

I don't know who they are or what they took the money for, nor how to get it back.
