I have twice now been on the phone to cancel this company verbally on the phone with two separate people now. and they have yet again gone into my bank account and taken 19.95 twice and i am extreamly angry at this

my bank has tried to get this money back and told me to cancel this servise which i have done twice

i would like this money replaced in the next day or so or i am taking legal prccedings as i cannot afford to keep doing this with this company.
