I appied for the a few weeks ago and twice have been told that i will be receiveing my documents through in two days and havent. i have tried to ring but can hardly even get through, it is costing a fortune (at 10p at min) to keep trying to contact them . all the documents have been sent and they have taken payment (of 69.50) and i have had enough now
