I have recently asked yes loans for a loan of 10, 000 pounds to pay off hp and when i was speaken to the person on the phone he said that i was accepted for the loan and that i was to pay a one payment of 65.50 for adminastration fees but was not adviced on the telephone i was advised that if i wasnot happy with the services they would refund me within 48 hours which is not the case i now have to write them a letter to see if i can get my money back ive been on the interenet and im not alone in this scam i have also been hung up on 3 times to try and get some infomation off them so when it says helpful customer service is all lies i cant stop it coming out my bank niethe
