I received what I thought was an email from Adobe regarding a free system upgrade. During going through the process of downloading, I relased that this was a chargeable purchase from a different company (adobe-pdf2009.biz) and I exited the webpage before completing or confirming the order. Despite this, I discovered a subsequent debit from my credit card and both MBdetails and the product company have failed to reply to any of my emails asking for a refund.
