Unauthorized charges on debit card

I ordered a free sample and was ultimately billed several times on my credit card which also resulted in additional fees for use of my visa and some late fees.

As a senior on a limited income I find this incomprehensible. Barbara Walters has lent her name to this product, which are still being advertised.
