I ordered a free sample on line just paying shipping. Today i received another order and a charge of £82.95. I have phoned and i am told that a refund has been given and i should have it within 21 days. I am not prepared to wait 21 days and will be contacting my banks legal department. Please e-mail our response to [email protected]. I would like refund immediately
