I ordered this product, it took ages to arrive and then payment was taken from my account within about a day of receiving it, giving me no time to actually trial it. I then decided to cancel the account, and was convinced by a customer services rep not to, so agreed to take another month of the product at £59. It never arrived. On calling them (about 8 times) i was told different things every time, usually that it had either been shipped or was on the shipment list. I was also offered a $20 dollar refund, which also never arrived. When i called one last time to complain and told the rep i thought the business was a scam, he hung up on me. Clearly this company is a complete con and I would never order anything from them again.
