I ordered your Acri tablets (Free Trial) on 22/04. It mentioned that there could be a delay in sending them, but this long is ridiculous. Also, not finding any 'Terms and Conditions' on your page, I was unaware that you would be charging me for a monthly supply (which has not arrived either!), which I would never have ordered without trying them out and seeing if your hype about weight loss had any truth in it.
I have already submitted a complaint, which seems to have been ignored, and as I didn't sign up for a monthly supply I am very worried about how much you may take out of my account, without my authorisation,
I would just like to mention that I think this form of business is appalling. I am severly disabled and have tried lots of ways to lose weight (unfortunately, because of my conditions I am unable to exercise, let alone leave my house). I am unable to work so have to survive on benefits. So £50 taken from my account for the next three months, or as you have my bank details, could be even longer, is very unfair.
