I took laminaria tablets for one month and noticed that they were not working as good as at the beginning.i notinced this because i did not feel as hungry as i did in the beggining when i first started to take them.i filled in refund form online as that is the only way that you can request refend.they ask you how many tablets that you wish to return, and i gave them an amount, and they refused refung saying that i am not sending back enough tablets.i thought that the amount was irrelevent.they were very rude.they accused me of theft, and i was absolutely disgusted with the customer service.also you cannot ring them.everything must be completed online.the service was disgraceful.
