Purchased a toilet online, fitted it and it leaked, had to pay to return it. They said it was refused at the warehouse because it was not in a sellable condition. Courier said it was accepted and signed for. Now they don't want to know. don't answer the phone and don't reply to emails.? 160 out of pocket.
I was returning this item precisely because it was not in a sellable condition, also terrible customer service prior to this over other missing item from the shipment. Would strongly advise anyone not to have anything to do with them. Ironically one there ads came up on this site as I started typing.
