After browsing for information about the acai berry on the internet, i read a story about a person who had lost a lot of weight over a short period of time.

NO CREDIT/DEBIT CARD DETAILS WERE ASKED FOR OR SUBMITTED.
On receipt of my bank statement i noticed that i had been charged £54.50 by IMPROVEHEALTH. How this can happen when they did not have my details is frightening. I have repeatedly tried to contact this firm to request a refund by any telephone number or email link i have found has been bogus.
I have contacted my bank to stop these charges being taken from my account, however they have said that IMPROVEHEALTH has an ongoing contract. which i have NEVER agreed to in any way, and I cannot even close my bank account to prevent this from happening again, until i cancel the agreement myself with IMPROVEHEALTH.
I HAVE NEVER ASKED FOR OR RECEIVED ANY PRODUCT FROM THIS COMPANY. EVER!
I would like a refund and all charges to be stopped being taken from my account in order so that i may close the account.
