Avoid this website at all costs! I ordered an engraved bracelet for a special occasion. The bracelet was sent out damaged (badly scratched) and I was refused a refund. I was offered a replacement which wouldn't arrive in time, telephoned and spoke to the 'owner' who was extremely rude and basically called me a liar. To be honest, even if the bracelet hadn't been damaged, it was inferior quality and I would have been disappointed.
