Taken money with out permission and no goods received

I have been charged for goods that I have not received, and nrver requested. I purchased a free trial of £3.00 and from then on have been charged £74 for goods. Not only is this not made clear when entring in to this trial. it is virtualy impossible to contact them to cancel. The credit card company is not helpful as they say they can not stop the payments being taken.
