I bought a photoshoot package in August, and they told me that I would receive my prints and framed pictures where I live in Spain in two months starting from when I did the photoshoot. That was in August. Now it's December and I haven't received anything, I sent them an emai, just to get a reply aboutt 3 weeks later on telling me to call their customer number, which I did just today, to find them hanging me up and disconnecting the pone right after telling them about my problem, and they won't pick it up anymore.
I intend to report this to the public authorities... DON'T BUY ANY OF THEIR PRODUCTS, IT'S A FRAUD!!!
