I was charged 64.97 pounds to access realplayerPlus and I was unable to download the product. I tried to gain access to my account information and all steps to regain the download were so confusing. I have a feeling they stole my money because customer services is automated and when I tried the online support they said I shoud try the european site but did not clarify how. everything difficult to access.the receipt says realNetworks International sarl 73 cote d'eich LUL-1450 vat reg nr LU22742631 - I WANT MY MONEY BACK ASAP. HOW DO I DO IT?
