Customer Service, Brech of Contract

I rented a TV and washing machine from Buy as you View 2years ago, were by I pay one pound for 4 hours viewing which pays for my TV and Washing Machine.

In the two years I have had them out 4 times to the TV and Once to my washer. The TV went into the work shop as they say the "ON - OFF" button was broken, at that time they had the set for two weeks. On returning (all fine). It then went on the "blink" the engineer came said it was the ariel connection making the picture break up also couldnt get any information on the built in free view, I duelly went and bought a new ariel connection still the picture was breaking up but still no free view info, engineer came AGAIN said it was an old set and the free view needed up dating!!! On calling the Customer service line I was told that both items were (Reconditioned) WHAT!! I have been ;ed to beleive for the past two years I have been buying a NEW set and Washing machine, which by the way has had a new Drum and electrical fault in the two years!! My TV was in the work shop for a month, on returning it last Tuesday they instaled it -- It didnt work the problem it went in with initially hadnt been fixed, they took it away again and still have it at todays date!!! I have written twice to them outlinning the problems with absolutly no response to date!!! I contacted Trading Standards who explained to me that Buy As You View are in breech of contract, this I quoted to them in my letter of the 4th September and 8th October, Still no response!!! What am I to do???
