I have cancelled my Direct Debits with this company. It was set up to cover Sky should an engineer be required, Recently they have taken out over £1oo pounds (2 Payments of £49 .99 plus 2 lots of £6.5o and also another £5. This has been going on since June. I have spent £20 on phone calls and there is never any answer. I have sent an e- mail and two letters (The last one recorded delivery) enclosing infomation from my bank account where the reference numbers change. I notice that many other people have had enormous problems with this company, the Head of the Credit Control team is David Reynolds. I am a senior citizen dependent on a pension.
