I booked a short break to london in february through this company thinking it was part of the comfort inn company. they had taken the money out of my account thought nothing of it untill we turned up at the comfort inn at vauxhall london on the 28th may and they did not have a booking for us, the girl on the reception was very good she checked it all out for us and said it was a scam, and there was nothink we could do the girl on the desk told us to contact the bank about it and they shoul be able to get our money back. The comfort inn managed to book us in but we had to pay again, at the proper rate. so please watch out for this company, cheaper deals is not always the best so double and triple check if nescessary other wise you might pay out more in the long run.
