Failure to refund money after 6 weeks

The above company cancelled flight after I had pbooked and paid for them. They offered a full refund. 6 weeks later and after numerous emails and phone calls I have still not been refunded the £2000 that they owe me. They have told me many times that the money has been transfered but to date I have recived nothing
