Ripoff I paid for goods on Aug. 5th, they did not send them, refuse to answer e-mails HH Interned Services, The Netherlands

This company is based in the Netherlands but is using a UK web address. I have ordered slimming products on 5th August but to date, 5th September they still have not been received by me.

Payment was made via visa using PayPal on 5th Aug. I have e-mailed this company and rang but received no replies either way. Can you help? I am at the loss of 103 euros.
