Deceptive advertising; Deliberately worded the description of his gas turbine (helicopter) engine to hide the true total operating hours (over 750 hours) and inaccurately described it as 'overhauled'. Product shown in photo is NOT the product shipped.
Violates contractual agreements: repeatedly attempted to add additional terms to the sale NOT initially listed in the product description nor agreed to by both parties.
Gary Tomkinson does not honor his word; agreed to include ignitor box/cable/plug and never shipped. Promised to ship separately but still has NOT shipped after more than four months. Ignores my attempts to contact and correct the situation.
