I entered into an agreement/partnership with David Wilson appointment setting setting services back in July.
I paid approximately $3K US as a deposit for a number of appointments on two different projects. Both these project were cancelled by my clients so I asked for the refund of the remainder of the deposit. He did book 2 out of the 20 meetings. He said no problem and that we would still work on other projects. The deposit was not returned.
A few weeks after asking for the refund he let me know that he was ill and would no longer be doin this work and selling off the assets of his company. I asked again for the refund and he said no problem.
This was back in August. I have sent numerous emails and placed numerous phone calls yet still have not received my money back. Since this time he has redone his website and launched another website - Marketing to Giants. So much for going out of business.
I am personally extremely disappointed as I quite liked David and thought we would enjoy a profitable working relationship.
He has responded to the odd email saying - we tried to refund the money via PayPal, it didn't work, we sent a cheque, etc. I finally sent details for a wire transfer yet almost 4 months later... no money.
