Taken money from my wifes account and there is no answer from the company

This company has taken monney out of my wifes account for an order i placed with them over 5 weeks ago and there is no answer from my emails and phone calls to the company. The order should have reached me within 2-3 days of order and they say in extreme sircumstances within 21 days of order which would be larger items which mine is not.

I am writing this report because i need to get an answer and this could be happening to more people.
