I set up a mail forwarding service for my company with Regus and after finding it difficult to pay their high charges and learning of service providers now offering the same service for a fraction of the price, I wrote to Regus to cancel my contract - only to be informed: -
"You have just been automatically renewed for another year from the 1st of October to the 30th of September this is because we didn't receive your termination letter in time we would have needed to receive it 3 months prior to your end date. This is stated on the back of your contract in the terms and conditions."
I actually never received a contract from this company and I certainly don't have any terms and conditions from them that state this. Furthermore, to not even send a reminder to me that my account was to be renewed is criminal and now I have to pay their ever increasing costs for another year.
This company is over priced and their so-called terms and conditions are criminal - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH REGUS - they have really bad business practises and treat their clients very badly indeed.
