I ordered tickets for Muse for 12 November paid €150.00. Never got the tickets!
I have emailed and requested a refund. They told me the money would be back in my account by 4 December. Still didn't receive the money. I emailed again and they have now said that their merchant service provider has let them down with the money.
What do I do next? How do I get a refund?
