I ordered a subscription to o-magazine in November for my mothers Christmas present, it stated that it would cost $38 and didn't mention any delivery charges or additional charges to ship it to the UK. Once it had processed it stated that it would cost me $145, without mentioning this before hand. I then tried to immediately cancel the subscription sending numerous e-mails explaining the situation, nobody responded to me and the money was taken out of my account. I then came to terms with this but STILL haven't received any of the magazines. I haven't been reimbursed, or even contacted. I also have not been given an order number so cancelling it on the internet is nearly impossible. I now do not know what to do and feel as though this is a very poor service and want to make a formal complaint but there is no direct complaint e-mail address for oprah magazine. Many thanks.
