I have held the same Hotmail account for several years ([email protected]) without any problems. Last week I logged on as always only to find the account had been blocked. I followed the online procedure to unblock, left mobile phone number as stated to have code sent to me and it doesnt get sent. I have given another account for information to be sent to and nothing ever does. I have important contacts on there plus dealing with my divorce through the account this has been stopped because of this. The service from hotmail has been non existant and totally unacceptable. It is appauling service. I am now at a loss as to what to do. Are you able to help?
