"The Department's website http://www.dcsf.gov.uk/recognisedukdegrees/ provides information about recognised degrees and higher education institutions in the United Kingdom (UK). It describes the UK higher education system, warns of the problem of unrecognised degrees and directs people to recognised UK institutions.
Malcolm Tombs Professional Bodyguard Association is not listed at http://www.dcsf.gov.uk/recognisedukdegrees/index.cfm? fuseaction=institutes.list&InstituteCategoryID=2#Alpha_L, and is therefore not recognised in terms of UK degrees.
Our advice to students is that they first find out from an institution, which body awards the qualification for their chosen course and that they carry out a thorough investigation to satisfy themselves that it is a legitimate qualification and meets their requirement. Otherwise we strongly recommend that students seeking to study for a UK degree should do so with one of the institutions listed on the Recognised Degrees website. The Department cannot comment on the validity of qualifications offered by institutions which are not at degree level.

Discovery as to M Tombs shows he is the initiator fo publication of US National security information by those police as Accessories after the fact Acts terroeim/ Acts espionage by the Falsification of investigations/ Statements/ Filing of False instruments. Of which noting his operational method withholds Magnetic/ Digital evidence of those conducting Conspiracy to commit Acts terrorism/ Facilitating Acts terrorism, conducting Civil/ Constitutional/ Human rights violations {Conspiracy against rights/ Deprivation of rights under color of law} as well as Facilitating Acts espionage in violation of the Economic espionage act 1996- Theft of trade secrets.
